Beginning in 2016, Approved Breeding Geldings (ie castrated stallions with frozen semen in store) have been permitted to enter the Performance Test, subject to the approval of their stud-book.

Jumping Index is calculated using the marks for free jumping, show-jumping and cross-country jumping.

Dressage Index is calculated using the marks for the ridden test and the walk, trot and canter paces marks.

Rideability Index is calculated using the marks for the judge’s ridden assessment and the temperament marks.
